Have your event at Oxbow Blending & Bottling catered by the award-winning chefs from Duckfat. We will work with you to customize a feasting experience ideal to your occasion, and specialized in locally sourced, farm-to-table offerings served buffet and family-style.

Duckfat Catering perfectly compliments the Oxbow experience. The kitchen is onsite which provides for a seamless service. Events, weddings and banquets are hosted inside Oxbow Blending & Bottling with the added bonus of a shared outdoor stone patio with a firepit and seating area. It is truly a unique venue in Portland to celebrate your special occasion.
